Ross Insurance Group Limited was founded by Mark Ross. Mark has 25 years experience as an insurance broker working with in both large and mid sized brokerages.
Based on his experience Mark believes that many buyers of insurance products and services are unaware that they are being put in a box that will thereafter decide what product and service solutions may or not be available to them. This means they are not getting the most appropriate cover, advice or services commensurate with their needs.
General:
If you are an SME business, in order to decide upon which products and services are available to you, a larger broker may decide upon the "box" you fit in by your revenue value to that broker, or by your turnover.
A smaller broker will typically understand you better and give you a better service, but will be restricted in the range of products, services and insurers he has available to meet your needs.
If the box you are in happens to be right for you then you should be getting a reasonable balance of product and service adequancy? to give some value for your money. More often then not however this is not the case.
With Ross Insurance Groups" knowledge of and relationships in the insurance market, they will always seek to provide you with a solution transacted either directly through them or, if deemed, to be a better value and more appropriate to your requirements you, they will mandate who they believe is best positioned to most efficiently provide you with the best balance of appropriate cover and service. In this instance, Ross Insurance Group will still direct your insurances and be your agent or (if that function is not required) the ongoing handling of your account will be via the mandated broker. In this latter structure, Ross Insurance Group will still have an ongoing interest in your business and will track key milestones in your insurances, for example renewal policy issuance and will also respond to any specific requests you may make directly to us.
