Our Services

Transactional:

We will analyse your cover and service requirements and if considered by us as best value for money option for you we will discuss your needs with an appropriate insurer or broker who may transact the insurance policy direct with yourself. Ross Insurance Group will still have an ongoing interest in your business and will track key milestones in your insurances, for example renewal policy issuance and will also respond to any specific requests you may make directly to us. Unless otherwise specifically advised by us, we are paid by the insurer or broker and not by you.

Service:

We will provide to those clients whose insurances necessitate same or those clients who request same, a Client director level of service. This higher level of service may be purchased as part of the transactional arrangement or may be purchased separately on an annual retainer basis or project specific basis depending upon what best meets your needs. Terms to be agreed on application.

Advisory:

Outside of Client directing, we wish to meet your insurance needs, by being your first point of contact and facilitator of all things insurance. We will not charge you for your initial enquiry or if the solution can be found easily or directly within your existing arrangements. In the event our work is outside of this scope we will advise you of our terms.
